I responded to your inappropriate attitude. You can find my complaints in the complaints book, as well as my positive review, which was written under the pressure. I still regret i didn't call the police when they refused to give us passports back. You should better control and improve your services quality instead of writing your little notes under negative reviews. And one more advise - you should fire your chef, because it seems like he does his best to ruin every meal (like he is one of your enemies).
