Hello! We're going to stay in your hotel for the third time. We've been there in 2013 and 2014. Is a loyalty system still the same after the changing of the owner? For example when we came for the second time we had a free room upgrade to Standard sea view room. Which compliments will be provided to our third visit? And the second question: is a renovation finished? Which buildings were renovated now? Thank you in advance for your answers!

we have a VIP treatment at the hotel and it's done automatically upon booking. Each category gets a special treatment based on calculated nights of overall staying in the hotel. If you wish for more details pls send me your name and i will check with our front office team and feedback.
