ФИЛИАЛ АДА: самое ужасное место, где я когда-либо жила.

Даже не знаю с чего начать. Забронировали этот отель основываясь на фотографии, выглядело все супер, очень миленький маленький отельчик. Казался суперуютным, что для нас очень важно. По приезду мы долго искали Индисан, в голове был образ уютного небольшого отеля, по факту - гостевой дом в темном переулке. Хоть и правда небольшой. Вывод: НЕ ВЕРЬТЕ ФОТО! Что сразу неприятно удивило - везде...

Отличный уютный отель с прекрасным видом на море

Добрый день! Отдыхали с мужем в отеле "Индисан" в августе 2021. Отель прекрасный, тихий и уютный, с красивой терассой,нам очень понравилось! Вид с терассы отеля на море просто потрясающий.
Сервис отеля отличный. Полотенца и постельное бельё выдавали по комплекту на человека, все чистое, своевременная замена всегда, . И удобное расположение отеля, рядом море(пару минут), магазины, кафе, центр...

Ужасное содержание в красивой обертке

Нет слов для описания ужаса от посещения этого, так называемого "гостевого дома" Индисан, расположенного по адресу: ул. Званба, 6, Гагра, Абхазия! Жаль нельзя поставить МИНУС. Ноги нашей не то, что в этом доме, в Абхазии не будет больше совсем! Если вы хоть немного себя уважаете и не желаете быть бесправной и дойной коровой, то даже не думайте езжать сюда! Когда я осталась одна в номере, я заплакала...

заплакала от счастья, т.к. Индира заселила меня в ЛЮКС с прекрасным видом на море(вот так радушно меня встретила эта прекрасная женщина): номер большой, уютный, вечерами пели из кафе Лето, но мне это не мешало. Отель после ремонта, везде чистенько, уютненько. Хозяева все подскажут, помогут. В номере джакузи, полотенца, стол, холодильник, кровать кинг сайз 😍 кондиционер и интернет...

Отдыхали семьей 4 чел. Отель чистый, евроремонт. В номере: телевизор, кондер, душ, туалет, полотенца, холодильник. Нет: балкона, туал.бумаги, мыла, посуды. Уборка раз в 5 дней. Но нам убрали на шестой по нашему напоминанию. Хотя у них примерно 10-12 номеров. Не так много, чтобы забыть и не вести учет. Посуду дают по требованию. Нам на 4 чел дали 2 тарелки, 2 вилки, 3 стакана. Видимо мы должны...

Кошмар!

Сервиса никакого! Отдыхали полторы недели, ни разу не поменяли белье. Отравились всей семьей, испачкали простыни дети, стирать пришлось самим! Хозяйка недружелюбная. Сплошные негативные воспоминания об отдыхе в целом!!!
