- удобное расположение к метро
- вид из номера как разводят мост
- если номер видовой и находится далеко от лифта
- безразличны к просьбам гостей
- спорят и убеждают
- нет элементарных вещей в номере- кружки и пакетика чая
- в столовке на 1 этаже живность усатая пробегает
- курят гости у входа в отель
- две односпальные кровати преподнесли мне как кровать 2-х спальную с разной высотой матрасов
