Отдыхали с 27.04.25-06.05.25 семьёй 3 взрослых и два ребёнка . Номера 7103 и 7102. Отель не плохой. Сервис хороший. Еда хорошая. Официанты и бармены на высшем уровне. Но воровство омрачило поездку. Обворовали прямо в номере. Из сумочки в кошельке украли 600 долларов. Менеджер Аysel Orus в теме с тем кто крадёт, или уборщицы или пополняющий бар. На наши жалобы не реагировала, а защищала свой...
