Впечатлена сервисом отеля, уровнем обслуживания, вежливостью персонала! Номер большой, обставлен красивой мебелью, большая душевая, в ванной комнате есть шампунь, кондиционер для волос, гель для душа, лосьон для тела, набор для чистки зубов, который к тому же пополняют, одноразовые шапочки, мощный фен, можно свой не брать, порадовало наличие...

На сей раз побывал в этом отеле. Дорога от аэропорта Мин.вод заняла на автобусе около 7 часов с остановками, так как в этот город попасть сейчас можно только или поезд или через ближайшие аэропорты. Заселили нас быстро, но вот лифтов всего 3 и они не большие, поэтому по номерам мы разъезжались долго. Номер достался во внутренний дворик, хоть это и...

1. Проблема с окнами и соответственно звукоизоляцией. Надо понимать что это центр и вся ночная жизнь проходит в твоём номере. Ну и думаю дальше будет ещё и холодно. 2. Заявлен завтрак с 7.00. В заявленное время ни разу не попала на завтрак. Зато с 8 до 8.30 сидячих мест нет... зал очень не большой 3. В номерах запах канализации, очень сильный....

Хороший отель для деловых поездок. Находится в центре, можно комфортно погулять по центральной улице города.
