Грязь, кража из номера, хамство на ресепшене и полное...
Отдыхали с мужем с 6 по 12 августа 2025 года. Это был худший опыт в отелях подобного уровня.
Самое неприятное — кража из номера. 200 евро пропали из портфеля, который всё время находился в номере. Мы заметили пропажу уже дома и сразу написали в отель. Остались без ответа.
Теперь о «сервисе». На ресепшене работают разные люди, и многие были вежливы и отзывчивы. Но есть одна, кто портит...
