The hotel "Villarest" in Dilijan is located among the forests and is a modern building with all necessary facilities. The guys /waiters/ were very welcoming, ready to help and fed up with the senior poor management. But positive part can be limited only with this. The receptionist and the manager /both women/are far from being professionals...
