Проект здания, в котором расположен мини-отель, создали выдающиеся зодчие того времени - академик архитектуры Э.В. Виррих и инженер А.И. Зазерский. Стиль дома - северный модерн. Декоративные скульптуры на фасадах выполнены в условно-символической манере. Здесь можно увидеть фигуры длиннобородых старцев, погруженных в скорбное раздумье, юношей и девушек, склонившихся над пылающим жертвенником, причудливых экзотических птиц.
