- есть чайный набор
- чистый бассейн
- номер-небольшой и темненький- но по- сравнению с другими отелями очень даже ничего!
- более-менее чистое белье и полотенца
- нет комаров!
- санузел - это что-то с чем-то! шкаф для одежды с плесенью и не открывающимися ящиками требует замены
- территория заброшена и не ухожена. а могла бы быть и площадка для мероприятий и сад за помещением для приема пищи)))))))))))
- отдаленное дикое заброшенное месторасположение и транспортная недоступность
