Ужасно
Забронировали в данном отеле два двухместных номера через один не малоизвестный сайт... Подтверждение брони как обычно пришло моментально, однако, из отеля со мной никто не связался. Переживая, что ехать нам до Адлера порядка 2000 км., я решила позвонить в отель сама, по телефону бронь мне подтвердили.
