Bonjour, nous Allons chez vous avec mes enfants de 3 et de 10 ans et avec mes parents agés. J'ai lu beaucoup de messages negatives de votre hotel. J'espere que l'administration a fais des changements. Je voudrais passé de Bon vacances sans queux au restaurant, avec propre mer sans pourris plantes au bord de la mer.

My family is going to spend vacation in Safira Palms Hotel. Unfortunately many recent feedbacks are negative regarding the food, drinks and services in restoran and bars - huge queues of visitors in restoran, dirty dish and poor variety of meal. Travelling with children the meal and the service are critical points for any hotel. At the moment when we booked the tour to your hotel, the feedbacks of travel agents were much more better, they promised us good service and excellent meal so that our staying in your hotel with the children was comfortable. We made our choice in favor of your hotel, but the situation described by the tourists is frightening. Please take all measures to improve the situation!

Забронировала в Ваш отель семьи с детьми. Последние отзывы не радуют. Люди подолгу и кропотливо выбирали отель для отдыха. Очень надеятся хорошо отдохнуть в Вашем отеле. Будут ли какие-то изменения в плане уборки территории отеля, водорослей с пляжа . Последний отзыв и фото туристов не радуют . Очень хотелось бы, чтоб отдых в ВАШЕМ ОТЕЛЕ ОСТАВИЛ ХОРОШИЕ ВПЕЧАТЛЕНИЯ У КЛИЕНТОВ И ОНИ ЕГО рекомендовали друзьям и близким и хотели вернуться в отель вновь !
Читала последние негативные отзывы об отеле. Дефицит посуды, еды, спиртного и т.п. Администрация что-то предпринимает для улучшения ситуации? Персонал набирают дополнительно? Расширяют меню ресторана? Очень хочется отдохнуть, а не стоять в бесконечных очередях за едой. Заранее спасибо за ответ.

Good day! Our family bought a tour to your hotel from 27.06.2016. Tell me, how things are going with the Safety in hotels and on the territory of Tunisia.
Look at Google map and see where the hotel is located. It stands alone in the side before Zarsis. Put in Google map ASI EL Gerbier and there is SAFIRA at the right by the sea. That is what we really want to know, if there is no protection in the hotel and it is away from the other hotels, how it can be safe? But there is no response from the hotel. Yet we fly, I hope that this is a disinformation from Rosturism to correct shaky position of our local resorts.

Good afternoon! I am not the first trying to get an answer about security measures which are taken at the hotel due to the threat of terrorist acts. We are going to the hotel on 13.06.2016. Many people ask similar vital questions and there is no answer from the hotel, I think it is not safe to rest at this hotel. Please give an answer: How is the security of the hotel, entrance to its territory, a protected beach? are there conducted tours, and, if so, how to ensure safety during the excursions? If the answer to my questions will not be, I have to give up the trip. Please answer as soon as possible.
