Отвратительное заселение (не было номера) хотя бронь была...
Отвратительное заселение (не было номера) хотя бронь была, заселились в 6 утра следующего дня. -отсутствие администратора отеля (появился на 3 день). Ещё через день получили пульт кондиционера, и лампочку в туалет, услуга по замене в стоимость проживания не включена, закрывают входные двери на ночь конечно можно позвонить администратору. -завтрак непонятный, что и когда должны давать в каком...
