Последний отзыв на топхотелс мой и он положительный. Ну что ж. Мы вернулись спустя полгода и отель, увы, испортился. Начну с заселения. Мы приехали в отель около 18 часов вечера, нас проводили в номер (при этом минут 20 мы уставшие с двумя детьми ждали в лобби, когда нас проводят), и он оказался не тем, что мы бронировали. Мы вернулись на ресепшн, там нам сказали, что номеров нашей категории...
