- Отель с виду хороший.. уже не впервые там бывала
- раз 7 так точно
- но есть недостатки…. При том
- что в Одесской области 64 663 заболевших на COVID-19 на 31.08.2021 отдыхающие все без масок
- все рабочие и весь персонал отеля. При въезде в отель идёт ремонт
- достраивают какое-то здание
- все буд-материалы раскиданные
- шум. При заезде - номер не полностью чист. Другие отдыхающие также жаловалась на то
- что номера грязные. Стены уже 3-4 год грязные
- двери заляпанные в масле
- пыль никто не протирает. В уборной никто не моет санузел
- и наклейку бумажную на нем
- никто не меняет - ее скрутили положили в батарею и вешают в последствии всем приезжим гостям. Шланги и держатели для ручного душа грязные и заржавелые
- держатель для бумаги заляпан
- а мусорный бак мало того
- что сломан
- еще и грязный
- кран сломан - мне кажется такие мелкие комплектующие нужно регулярно мыть и менять. И самое главное
- душевые шторы в плесени
- как и вокруг ванны - а это может угрожать здоровью отдыхающих. В некоторые номера отсутствует ключ и горничные в номер попасть не могут
