Мы туристы с опытом разных стран и выбираем всегда хорошие отели. Приехали с семьей, где есть ребёнок в отель и нам сообщили, что заселение возможно только в 16:00, сотрудники хамили и делали вид, что не замечают наши просьбы вообще. Это не уровень 5* вообще, я просто в шоке. Мы не спали всю ночь и здесь не предложили даже воду, нет опций более...
