В уникальнейшем уголке юго-востока Крымского полуострова, между Алуштой и Судаком, у подножья Крымских гор, на берегу Черного моря, в природном заказнике Канакская балка расположился мини-пансионат Магнолия. Из всех окон открывается замечательный вид на древнюю Караби-яйлу, а всего лишь в 50 метрах от здания мини-пансионата простирается реликтовая можжевеловая роща главное целебное сокровище Канакской балки. Многим деревьям можжевельника и фисташки в этой роще более 700 лет. Воздух, пропитанный их ароматами, днем теплый, морской, насыщенный солью и йодом, а вечером прохладный, горный, стекающий со склонов Караби-яйлы мощнейший природный антисептик.
