We booked a family room in your hotel, and we've been told by the travel agency, that this room have bunk bed if there are two kids. But the problem is that our kids are of one and three years old. And if the eldest can sleep separately, the younger daughter always sleeps with us. Is it really impossible to get a room with one additional bed? And if this is a family room, is there a king size bed or just two beds moved together? We would really like to have a king size bed, can we count on that?
