Есть ли в отеле какая-то бытовая комната с принадлежностями для глаженья одежды? Или утюг и прочие атрибуты есть в номере?

2) ловит ли в номере wifi, платно или бесплатно?

Пытаемся забронировать 2 номера в вашем отеле с 8 апреля 2017г.,по неясным для нас причинам отель не даёт как нам говорят подтверждение брони на номера на отдых с 21 мая по 31 мая,делаем заявки и оформляем через Московское туристическое агенство которое сотрудничает с туроператором"Библиоглобус",как нам прояснить ситуацию,в чем причина такого положения дел?

Я являюсь Директор Туристического аг-ва г.Москва, много раз бронировала в Ваш отель молодоженов, просто туристов , постоянных туристов любящих ваш отель (если нужны фамилии готова предоставить) теперь я сама очень хочу к Вам приехать и я забронировала отель Ваш с 31.05 по 7.06.2017 года Два номера Стандарт с видом на море едут нас 4 чел. BAIRAKTARI INNA +1 и второй номер Mrs IVANOVA OLGA +1. Очень бы хотелось что бы размещение было рядом и номера с ремонтом. Надеюсь что Вы нас тепло встретите и дадите номера по нашей просьбе с ремонтом.

Добрый день! Могли бы Вы предоставить современное фото обстановки номеров в отеле Esperos Village - STANDARD ROOM Sea View и SUPERIOR Sea View, пожалуйста. Самостоятельно, к сожалению, не удалось найти подобных фото, те, что имеются датированы 2011 годом. В отеле Esperos Palace 4* как я понимаю, в конце 2012 года в номерах был произведен кардинальный ремонт по обновлению номеров, а был ли косметический ремонт Esperos Village 5*??
