    Турбаза «Иверия» расположена на левом берегу реки Катуни, почти сразу за Айским мостом, недалеко от турбазы «Империя туризма». В 15 минутах ходьбы (примерно 500 метров) – тёплое озеро Ая. База подойдет для недорого размещения и любителей активного отдыха. Гости размещаются в двухместных деревянных летних домиках с двумя кроватями и столиком (без удобств) или в спаренных домиках с общей верандой и двумя двухместными комнатами. В домиках есть электричество, но нет санузла.
