Всем хорошего времени суток, вернулись 14.06.2026 из данного отеля. Сразу напишу мы отдыхали парой - всё было хорошо!! Теперь по порядку. 1. Заселение/выселение - приехали мы ночью в 3 часа и нас сразу , БЕСПЛАТНО заселили. Приветливый, вежливый персонал ресепшн. Мы им вручили шоколадки Аленка))) берите, не всегда помогает, но иногда видимо...

Отдыхали в отеле с 7-15 июня вдвоем с сыном 11 лет. Прилетели мы в Шармаль Шейх 07.06.2026 египитетскими авиалиниями Nesma, вылетели вовремя без задержек. Заранее прочитали отзывы, что на этих авиалиниях не кормят и были к этому готовы. За весь полет выдали только бутылку воды каждому. Самолет относительно новый, взлет, полет и посадка все прошло...

Отдых в отеле оставил смешанные впечатления. К сожалению, есть вопросы к качеству обслуживания номеров: уборка была не всегда на должном уровне, иногда приходилось напоминать о необходимых мелочах, а решение бытовых вопросов занимало больше времени, чем хотелось бы. Хотелось бы, чтобы администрация уделила этому направлению больше внимания. Но...

В данный момент пишу отзыв из отеля, но уже "на чемоданах". Сегодня улетаем домой. Сразу резюмируя - отель очень понравился, ну а теперь подробнее. Путевку брали 2+2 (нас 4 человека), т.е. 2 номера по 2 человека. Путь от аэропорта до отеля занял минут 25. При этом нас завезли самыми последними. Заселение. Привезли нас в отель...
