Hello! We'll come to your hotel 20/05, 2 adults + a child of 5 years old. i've read a lot of reviews and most of them are bad. Is it all that bad? Do you take measures to make all that better? We even didn't arrive yet and already upset.
It seems like they don't answer any questions. We'll arrive 1/05, and we're already worried that our vacation will be totally spoiled. I talked to tourists, who are already in the hotel, they found a good room after four bad ones. So it's not that bad! Maybe just there are a lot of things we'll have to ignore. |
