Добрый день, прилетаем в ваш чудесный Отель 4го Июля, друзья напугали что варадеро закрыли и их поселили на остров в отпуск жить не в их Отель скажите пожалуйста какая обстановка, Отель работает? Все хорошо? У меня 4го Июля день рождение а у подруги 7го Июля, специально летим к вам отметить, не хотим попасть в другой отель)

Возможно ли заселиться пораньше если в отеле будем уже в 8-9 утра ?так же прошу уточнить может быть какой то приветственный подарок так как мы молодежены и летим в свадебное путешествие ?заранее спасибо за ответ!
Dear Ekaterina, we are so happy to know you selected our hotel for your Honneymoon. As soon as you arrive to the hotel you will receive the all inclusive brazaletes so you can use all the hotel´s facilities. We always try to have the rooms ready for the clients who arrive early, only in case the hotel is totally booked you could go to the beach before receiving your room keys. For Honneymooners we do have a romantic dinner and others surprises that we will prepare for you. See you soon. Best regards. |

Скажите пожалуйста, отель только для взрослых, хватает ли лежаков на пляже, и как там с волнами не мешают ли они купаться, возможно ли попасть в Гавану с экскурсией или на машине, такси или еще как-то.
Dear Mr. M. our hotel is adults only. We do have lounges at the beach for all clients and normally there are not waves, only in case of tropical storms. We are sure you will swim. At the moment due to Covid-19 visits to Havana are not allowed, but hopefully the pandemic will end soon. Hoping to see you soon. Best regards. |
