After a thorough review of our guest records, we would like to clarify that there is no record of a past stay under your name at our property. We kindly urge you to refrain from sharing or publishing any statements or reviews about the hotel that may be inaccurate or misleading, as they do not reflect a personal experience. Such information may unfairly impact our reputation and potentially mislead future guests. We value and welcome constructive feedback from all guests who have genuinely stayed with us, as it helps us continue to enhance our services. However, we take the accuracy and integrity of all published content very seriously and trust you appreciate the importance of sharing only truthful, experience-based information. Additionally, we would like to clarify that our second beach is fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a small bar offering soft drinks for the comfort and convenience of our guests. to provide clarity, second Coral Beach is not part of our hotel’s property but is owned and managed by the local government. Due to recent regulatory changes, we were faced with the choice of discontinuing access to the beach or entering into a formal lease agreement to continue offering this amenity to our guests. Committed to ensuring an exceptional experience, we opted to lease the beach, thereby preserving access for our Guests enjoyment. The fee associated with the shuttle boat and Coral Beach access is necessary to cover the costs of the lease agreement, as well as the ongoing maintenance, fuel, and safety compliance of the boat service. This ensures that the shuttle operates reliably and meets the highest standards for Guests comfort and security. Please note that this service is entirely optional and is not included in the hotel’s all-inclusive package, allowing guests the flexibility to choose based on their preferences. It is available at an additional charge of 10.00 USD per person per 2 ways including one soft drink and one small bottle of water
