добрый день, хотим посетить ваш отель на 8 марта, есть несколько вопросов:
Возможно ли заселение ранее назначенного часа, в случае если номер будет свободен?
Бассейн подогреваемый на территории отеля?
Есть ли в номере одноразовые гели, шампуни, кондиционеры?
Входит ли завтрак в день заезда (пакетный тур) - питание завтрак и ужин
Предоставляет ли отель такую услугу как аренда велосипеда? Если да, то можно ли уточнить условия?
тоже самое только с арендой авто
Есть ли в отеле сауна, баня, спа салон, массажный кабинет? Если да, то можно ли узнать ценник?
Есть ли в отеле на ресепшене рускоговорящий персонал?

Добрый день! прилетаем к вам на следующей неделе, 11.06 (BERK ANASTASIIA BERK ALEKSEI)/ номер Hotel room standart/можно ли номер с выходом на внутренний двор/бассейн по возможности наличия? Подскажите, все ли в отеле работает?(WI FI, тренажерный зал) Выдают ли пляжные полотенца?
Возможно ли в день заезда поменять ужин на обед?

Almost all our facilities are operating normally. only the kiuds club is not open yet. You can take pool towels from the reception with 10 Euros deposit. Hello!
Going to be your guest starting from Sept. 15 for a week.
Does hotel provide its guests with beach towels or better take your own? And are the sea beds for fee? How much?
Would be grateful if the hotel could kindly provide me with a room looking at a swimming pool or the hotel yard.

Good afternoon Dear Leyla Asadova, Further to your query, please note that the hotel will provide you with a pool towel. The moment you've arrived at the hotel a deposit of 10 euros will be requested from you,towel will be given for the period of your holiday and the amount would be given back to you upon your departure. The sunbeds around the pool area are free of charge and could be used when the pool is open. We will try to accommodate you at the best possible way upon your arrival and would be happy to meet at our hotel on the 15th of September. Regards, The Reservation Team |
