GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Hotel Rusenski Lom is a new family hotel in the village of Koshov, situated in Rusenski Lom Nature Park in the region of Ruse, Northern Bulgaria. The hotel is located around 30 km from the border city of Ruse (on the Danube river) and approx. 100 km from Bucharest.
The hotel offers modern services and accomodation within a preserved natural environment. There are 20 individually furnished rooms, restaurant with outstanding traditional Bulgarian and European cuisine, summer garden with barbecue and masonry oven, conference hall (50 people capacity, projector, interactive whiteboard) and SPA center (warm pool, aromatherapy steam bath, sauna, infrared cabin and Vichy shower spa capsule for hydro massage).
Among the landmarks in the Rusenski Lom Nature Park are the Ivanovo Rock Churches (UNESCO world heritage site, dating back to the 13th century with remarkably preserved murals), the historical medieval fortress in Cherven, the Orlova Chuka Cave (second longest in Bulgaria), and the Basarbovo Rock Monastery (established 12th-14th century.
