Апарт-отель "Зона комфорта" (Apart-Hotel Zona Komforta 3,5*) расположен по адресу: бульвар Гагарина 65а/1. Рейтинг по Букингу 8.6-8.9. Очень приметное, высотное здание-свечка чёрного цвета, не заметить его просто невозможно.
