The 4 airy bedrooms that are divided into the three floors of the villa can host up to a group of 8 guests or families traveling all together.

On the ground level, there is a sitting area with a fireplace, a dining area for 8 guests, an open plan kitchen equipped with necessary appliances, the master bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. All areas have direct access to the big yard with the swimming pool. On the same level and near the pool there is a separate dining and relaxing area. At the lower level, there is a bathroom and the last bedroom with two coco mat sofas which is designed able to be used as a bed. A well-organized kitchen is located also on the lower floor. In this level, you will find spa services with a hammam and a sauna. All areas have the air-conditioner.
Outdoors villa Marina Mare provides wonderful areas with a pool, gardens and sitting places where all guests can enjoy their holidays gazing at the spectacular sea view. The BBQ area is covered by a pergola, accommodates a dining table for eight guests. The private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas offers amazing moments. The pool can be heated without any extra cost.
