The apartments are divided into: 16 one-room apartments in Executive and Deluxe categories; 82 two-room apartments in Superior, Executive and Deluxe categories. The Big Residence Hotel  has more than 5 three-room apartments with eat-in kitchen and two elegant Suites equipped with a kitchen. Some apartments are equipped for disabled guests.
