Can all the guests use the facilities in Elite section?

Only the guests over 13 years old can enjoy the facilities in Elite section.

What is special in Elite section?

In the Elite section we accept guests only over 13 years old. This section has it's own restaurants, bars and pools. Large and luxury designed rooms and public places offer a calm and comfortable stay. Elite guests can freely enjoy all the facilities in other section of the hotel but also they have a private beach area on the seaside. There is a shuttle service between the beach and main building.

What kind of entertainment activities do you make?

Our daily programs includes several sport and game activities with professional entertainment team members. Every night amphitheatre shows, live musics, DJ performances are available. Weekly programs and daily activities can be learned from the Entertainment Info Desk. Also our programs are publishing on several boards across the hotel.

What types of alacart restaurants do you have? Should we make reservations to have a dinner there?

We have 5 different alacart restaurants; Italian, SeaFood, Lebanese, Steak House and International Elite. Because of the limited seating capacities, you should make reservations via guest relations desk at the hotel.

How many pools do you have?

We have totally 8 pools in the Belek Beach Resort, 2 of them placed in Elite Section. 1 indoor heated pool, 1 waterslide pool (heated in April), 1 AquaFun waterslide pool, 1 activity pool, 1 relax pool and 1 kids pool.

Do you have an indoor pool? Do you heat it?

Yes, we have an indoor pool and it's operating during winter and spring months such as until May and after October. It is heated to 25-28 degrees.

Do you have waterslides and are they suitable for the kids?

We have 5 waterslides in our main pool area, they are suitable for guests over 12 and above ages. But also we have an AquaFun Pool which has an entertaining waterslide tower with 4 slides and it's suitable for our little guests under 12 years old.

Do you provide transfers from/to airport?

Yes, after your reservation is complete please contact with our Guestrelations or Reservations departments. They will help you te arrange a private transfer with an acceptable fee.

What kind of services are not included in All Inclusive concept?

Special cabanas on the beach and pier are available for daily rentals. Alacart restaurants are accepting reservations with a per person fee, such as 12-20 euro. Water sport activities, SPA center massage and other treatments, babysitting service, baby stroller rental and some of luxury alcoholic drinks, wine and champagnes are about the charge.

What kind of accommodation concept do you have?

We apply Ultra All Inclusive concept. It consists Turkish and imported deluxe alcoholic drinks, freshly grounded coffees, Starbucks and patisserie corner, Daily mini bar, tea and coffee set-up in the room, 2 main open buffet restaurant, 1 lunch time restaurant, 2 alacart lunch restaurant and 10 bars. Also our Turkish hammam and steam bath are free of charge.
