Странный какой-то отель. Он вообще работает? Уже четыре раза за три дня отправила через бронирование букинг и через официальный сайт запрос о трансфере. Вчера здесь вопрос написала. Молчание. Возникает желание отменить бронь и срочно поискать другой отель. Билеты на руках, а с отелем непонятки.

Early check-in procedure with breakfast for the Triple room will cost 80 USD.
Kindly be informed that late check-out procedure is a subject to hotel available on departure day:

The cost for the upgrade from All Inclusive to Premium All Inclusive - 35 USD per person per night. The transportation for the All Inclusive meal plan throw Booking.com guests will be free of charge.

Спасибо за быстрый ответ. Данные по ваучеру у меня на днях будут, сразу же Вам отправлю. Мы путешествуем с маленьким ребенком, поэтому всегда берем такси от аэропорта. Если у вас есть легковые машины на транфере, тогда мне подходит, если нет, тогда лучше платное такси от отеля, мы по приезду оплатим его, только заранее интересна стоимость, потому, что во всех отелях она разная.

Добрый день! Наши постоянные туристы сейчас отдыхают в отеле, им не предоставили номер на первом этаже, хотя прописывали и очень просили, они с маленьким ребенком! Детского стола нет, ребенка кормить нечем, фруктов целых нет, только нарезанные. Туристы очень растроенны и хотят переселиться в другой отель!
