Добрый день ! Отдыхали в этом отеле с 12.06 по 22.06 . Вай-фай бесплатный , ловит в основном на рецепшене . В номерах плохо . На пляже и у бассейна его нет совсем .

мы отдыхали в конце мая- вай-фай ловит,но не везде и не всегда.А вот фотки отправить -вообще проблема.Но это отпуск не омрачает!)

Отдыхали с 15-27.05.2016., Вспоминаю свой отдых как какой-то кошмар. За много лет мы впервые так плохо отдохнули - еда, сервис, контингент - явно 3-4 звезды. Никак не пять. Во время отдыха 22.05.2016 написали претензию, отдали представителю Пегас-туристик Карлышевой Ольге. Она сказала, что через десять дней будет ответ. Воз и ныне там. Или она претензию не передала, в надежде, что успокоимся по приезде домой, либо Пегас-туристик на все плевать. Написали еще одну претензию, собрали все материалы по отдыху - будем передавать в прокуратуру, АТОР, Роспотребнадзор.

Добрый день ! Отдыхали с 12.06 по 22.06 . Людей из 4 не заселяли . Но контингент в последние несколько дней отдыха очень изменился , основная масса отдыхающих это уровень 3-4 звезды . Но вроде путевки они покупали именно в этот отель . Когда мы были пляж 6 дней был завален водорослями , их не убирали . Сам пляж не ухоженный , больше похож на дикий

140 за 10 дней - это по божески.. Я у Пегаса сейчас на нашу семью (2 взрослых и двое детей - 11 лет и 1 год) цены смотрю.. Так мне выдаёт на 27 августа 211930.. Так то.. Но после прочтения отзывов вариант отпал сам собой!.. Спасибо Вам, люди добрые!!! За то, что пишите и озвучиваете все недостатки и минусы.. А то ладно бы сами, так с детьми ведь собираемся.. Не хочется влипнуть!..

Да вы с ума сошли ? Какие претензии? Прекрасный отель отличное обслуживание ! Все соответствует отличным уровням !

Добрый день !! Сколько людей ,столько и мнений!! Ни кого не слушайте ))) Прекрасный отель ,чистый ,красивый ,еды очень много и целый день везде где то можно перекусить , номера огромные ,персонал вежливый ,они везде ,но их как будто нет))) Анимации,если кому важна ,до 12 в отеле ,если кому то хочется дальше ,за забором этого отеля ,Пача,до 4 утра ,вход бесплатный,это очень хороший плюс,если кто то хочет отдыхать или деток уложить, а кому то хочется дальше !!! Мы не хотели уезжать после 10 суток даже ! По меньше негатива и вперёд !!!
