Hello! I'm a tour agent and regularly send tourists to your hotel as I like it very much and tourists are always satisfied. This time I'm coming myself with the whole family. We arrive on 20.03, first reservation are my grandmother and mother - Abdulina Fatima, my grandmother is already a regular guest, please give her the 3233 room if possible, or just a good room on the 2 floor. And my mother comes to celebrate her 50th anniversary that she will have soon.
