1 Extortion of money during the check-in.
2 Delays in check-in.
3 Negative attitude of staff to Russian tourists.
4 The affinity of Arab tourists. I already regret, that I'm going to your hotel. The first time I was too lazy to read reviews about the hotel before buying a voucher. I would never go to you. Write to me, what measures do you take on the reviews? Or do not you appreciate Russian tourists and you are good without us?
Why do you lie and do not tell the truth to tourists? Your apologies are useless! In fact, due to the lawlessness that I saw in this hotel because of these Arabs, you stole my money. I could spend these funds on more pleasant impressions than thrust in queues with your local population for a croissant. Ugh to your work and to this hotel !!!

Today, 02.07.2017 the tourists arrived at 08:00, settled only at 17:30 in the building, where the common corridor has a huge hole in the wall (with the size in the doorway). Perhaps these are left as unfinished construction work. ACCOMMODATION IN THIS BUILDING MAY AFFECT THE SITUATION THREATENING HEALTH AND SAFETY OF KIDS !!!!!!!!!

Hello, I liked your hotel, but we very much worried about of queues in the restaurant and noise at night in some rooms (when is not possible to sleep). Tell me whether this is so, and how to avoid getting into these rooms?

Очереди огромные. везде. и в бар и в столовку их не избежать. хапните негатива. Официанты откровенно хамят, особенно на оладьях, такое чувство что ненавидит белых в принципе.Нет шума подальше от рецепшен.

Доброго времени суток. По поводу автобуса не скажу так как мы ездили сами брали извозчика с лошадью на прокат стоит 20 долларов, по ресторана скажу так, их 2 и посетить можно оба, но бронируйте проходы в рестораны с правого дня, не тяните мы например во второй сходить не успели из-за большой очереди.

Автобусы не бесплатные, а рейсовые. остановки чуть левее выхода из отеля. Дешево но в основном стоя. Аля карт один Ниочем!!! один раз. Комары после захода солнца, сжирают.

Готовьте дентги за хороший номер. Сначала поведут по таким сараям что вы в панике все равно заплатите. В аля карт один раз за отпуск. Нечего делать. все то же плюс вино но ждать устанете. Мы с ребенком не досидели до конца.

Здравствуйте. Подскажите пожалуйста какая часть отеля у Вас самая тихая? Выбрали Ваш отель для отдыха с 23 июля. Полетим с двумя детьми. 7 лет и 6 месяцев. Малышу нужна будет тишина. Знаю, что номер надо будет просить при заселении. Вот и хочу узнать в каком корпусе просить? Куда должны выходить окна, чтобы было потише? Есть ли в отеле доктор? Сможет ли оказать если что мед помомощь?
