We plan to visit your hotel in the first days of March, wanted to ask some things: 1) are pools heated, is it possible to use pools of other hotels? 2)what does the "ultra all inclusive" system mean? why is it different from the "all inclusive"? 3) it is stated, that non-motorized vehicles (windsurfing, catamarans, bicycles) are free for rent. Are there any limitations about time, days or something else? 4) On every wep-page are stated different things. Good day! Are guests of Makadi Garden Azur Resort able to use Club Azur or Royal Azur infrastructure (restaurant and bar at the beach, gym, evening entertainment)? Is there free wi-fi in lobby? Is there an internet in room provided? I stayed in Club Azur in 2009 and 2010, I have a Azur Preferred passport. Which extra services will be provided for me? I'll come to your hotel 14/11. Please, answer me as soon as it possible.

Здравствуйте, в последних отзывах туристов по отелю говорится, что гостям Makadi Garden Azur Resort уже нельзя пользоваться инфраструктурой Club Azur , в частности, рестораном и баром на пляже, так ли это и дейтвует ли система бронирования ресторанов аля карт ?

или иного комплимента/бонуса,, если мы являемся постоянными гостями сети ваших отелей azur.Позапрошлый визит был в октябре 2012 в Amc Azur Hotel 5*нам безумно понравилось, прошлый в
Royal Azur Resort 5* в апреле месяце 2013(конкретные даты не помню) и сейчас с 09.10по22.10.2014 мы находились Pensee Azur Resort Marsa Alam 4*,но нам не предоставили никакую бумагу (паспорт клиентов) от Азур что мы посещали данные отели. Можем ли мы рассчитывать ,что при заезде будут предоставлены скидки/бонусы на дополнительные услуги отеля и карта постоянного гостя ??? They already gave you the mark of 5+ for all your services, clean rooms, good and fresh food and daily maid service! But thee also told me, that they have to buy fruits at the market, because there are a little fruits in your hotel provided. Could you provide them a little more fruits? Of no, I can pay by myself for that, just tell me where I should transfer money for you to provide them fresh tasty fruits for couple more times. I'm waiting for the response! Thank you very much.

У нас произошла не приятная ситуация! Рейс туристов задержали почти на 6 часов! Они расстроены! Летят в первый раз, молодожёны!
Если Вам не сложно, можно организовать им очень хорошую встречу! Хотя бы в номере как то украсить, если есть возможность фрукты им там оставить!
Прилетят они сегодня, 12.10.14 примерно в 20:00 по вашему времени
