We'll come to your hotel again from 15/10 till 29/10, one of us is a disabled person in a wheelchair, so one of two rooms should be for disabled people, but our operator booked a standard one. Hello! Because of total bankrupts of tour operators in Russia I wanted to book rooms in your hotel on booking.com. But all rooms in your hotel are always booked, as well as on your website there are no available rooms ever. We would like to book and pay for a room by ourselves (to have guarantee), but it's impossible!
We stayed in your hotel in December last year, and your hotel wasn't full, but on booking.com there were no available rooms, I checked it. And we had to buy tours in TezTour.
Please, check information, that you provide for booking websites, because online booking is impossible!

1. Есть ли бесплатный Wi-Fi в отеле? Если да, то где?
2. Какие услуги являются бесплатными?
3. Что входит в систему "Все включено"?
4. Можно ли посещать рестораны по системе "Все включено" (бесплатно)?
5. Можно ли в течении дня где то перекусить? Где?
6. Есть ли кальянная? Входит ли в бесплатные услуги?
7. Есть ли бесплатный автобус в Хургаду? Если да, то где и когда можно записаться?
8. Есть ли в номерах утюг, фен, мини-бар, халаты, тапочки. банные принадлежности?
9. Пополняется ли мини-бар бесплатной водой ежедневно?
10. Есть ли в номерах чайник, чай, кофе?
11. Где меняются пляжные полотенца?
