Hello! Are there superior rooms in your hotel for 3 adults and 1 child of 2 years old? We don't want to stay in a family room, because they are in the old building. We would like to stay in a new superior room. And while searching we can see only family rooms in your hotel.

Во втором ресторане проходил какой-то спец вечер, где играл дядя на классической гитаре под минус. В основном латиноджаз стандарты в ненавязчивой манере.
Возле главного отеля другой дядя по вечерам поёт под минус.

Hello! Our tourists came to your hotel today, according to their voucher - family room. They complain for a terrible room. Reservation number 635526432. Manager of the reception offered a better room for extra 20 euro per night. Why can't you provide a comfortable room of their category as it said on your web-site? Or you provide terrible family rooms on purpose to get extra money? Please, solve this problem! Hope for your understanding!

We're looking for a family room with 2 rooms or two separate rooms. I like superior rooms in buildings around the main pool. I know you have only suites with two rooms. I don't like far from the sea villas and buildings, so we don't want to stay in them. So we would like to stay in villas marked A, B, C, D and etc. What's provided in those villas? Are there two-rooms family rooms situated? What should we have in voucher to stay in such a room? What is SUPERIOR FAMILY ROOM? Or should we order two different tours? Thank you!

I rented all the equipment in diving center because I don't have anything on my own. I left the bay on the left side, entered the flow and hardly got back and got scared. So I never swam there again. But in the bay it's beautiful and calm to swim. So you can rent equipment, use it and enjoy the nature.

В дайв центре вы выбираете себе маску и ласты, оставляете залог ( точно не помню, то ли 20, то ли 50 уе), все это записывают на номер вашей комнаты. Маски без клапанов, а ласты на мой размер были тяжелые, на мой взгляд, более подходящие для дайвинга, но утверждать не буду. Депозит вам вернут, когда вы сдадите инвентарь обратно. А прокат гидрокостюмов платно. Я спрашивала на сайте насчет бесплатного проката спасательных жилетов, мне ответили, что у них есть такая услуга, но мы прошлый раз жилеты не брали. Маску я свою вожу уже 9 лет Тусса с клапаном, а ласты то же повезу свои, не хочется такие тяжелые таскать, у меня легкие. В принципе в бухте можно спокойно плавать без ласт, если не заплывать далеко. На территории частного пляжа Эль Фанар, левее деревянного понтона, на уровне трубы с красным флагом бывает сильное течение. Я плаваю очень далеко, долго и заплываю за пределы бухты, поэтому беру ласты
Недавно вернулись из отеля. Прокат жилетов платно, хотя на мой вопрос, есть ли в отеле бесплатный прокат жилетов, мне на сайте ответили, что есть такая услуга. В этот раз брали внучке ласты под залог в 20$. Остальное привезли с собой.
