Hello! I would like to get a detailed information about free rent of snorkeling equipment (mask, tube and flippers). And do not hide your answer, because we can't get it this way.
Hello! I'm going to stay in your hotel for the second time. Last time I stayed in your hotel with my friend in March 2013, and manager of the front desk told us that we're first tourists from our tour operator. And now they booked your hotel only after our request, so it seems like we're the only tourists from Kazakhstan. Our family booked a superior room for Bibikova Natalya, Bibikov Alexandr, Bibikov Alexandr, Konysheva Anastassiya, Konysheva Sofiya. Please, provide us a 2+1 room at the ground floor in the 3000 building with a view to the Reef Oasis hotel. I have troubles with legs and back, that's why I'm avoiding stairs, but I swim well. My friend Bendyukova Nina will also stay in your hotel with her grandson and friend. We'll be very grateful if you provide us close to each other rooms. Thank you in advance, Natalia Bibikova.

If it's not provided, is it possible to take bottled water in lobby bar? Or is it provided only against the charge? We'll be very grateful for your response. Была недавно собираюсь вернуться скоро. Вода в бутылках и все зависит от вашей путевки. Мы были Все Включено и нам носили воду бесплатно и постоянно, а были и такие гости которым не приносили или за отдельную плату

зависит от категории номера,который Вы возьмете.В Family- ежедневно 2 бутылки по 1,5 л,Suit- 1 бутылка ,1,5л.В остальных вода не предусмотрена,но многие договаривались с уборщиками и те за чаевые не вертели птичек из покрывал,но приносили воду

Здравствуйте! Отдыхала в Вашем отеле в марте 2013 г. Очень понравилось. В то время у Вас в отеле был бесплатный прокат масок и ласт. Пользовались этой услугой. Очень удобно. Всем рекламирую Ваш отель, объясняю в чем преимущества Вашего отеля. Конечно есть и неудобства, о чем предупреждаю, что бы гости были готовы и не разочаровывались.
Приятельница уже выкупила тур в Ваш отель с 16 по 26 сентября. Есть ли в настоящее время в Вашем отеле бесплатный прокат масок. ласт и спасательных жилетов? Если что то платно, то напишите, пожалуйста, стоимость проката.

Здравствуйте, Андрей!
В дайв центре вы выбираете себе маску и ласты, оставляете залог ( точно не помню, то ли 20, то ли 50 уе), все это записывают на номер вашей комнаты. Маски без клапанов, а ласты на мой размер были тяжелые, на мой взгляд, более подходящие для дайвинга, но утверждать не буду. Депозит вам вернут, когда вы сдадите инвентарь обратно. А прокат гидрокостюмов платно. Я спрашивала на сайте насчет бесплатного проката спасательных жилетов, мне ответили, что у них есть такая услуга, но мы прошлый раз жилеты не брали. Маску я свою вожу уже 9 лет Тусса с клапаном, а ласты то же повезу свои, не хочется такие тяжелые таскать, у меня легкие. В принципе в бухте можно спокойно плавать без ласт, если не заплывать далеко. На территории частного пляжа Эль Фанар, левее деревянного понтона, на уровне трубы с красным флагом бывает сильное течение. Я плаваю очень далеко, долго и заплываю за пределы бухты, поэтому беру ласты
Недавно вернулись из отеля. Прокат жилетов платно, хотя на мой вопрос, есть ли в отеле бесплатный прокат жилетов, мне на сайте ответили, что есть такая услуга. В этот раз брали внучке ласты под залог в 20$. Остальное привезли с собой.
