Hello! We came to your hotel for the second time (breakfast + dinner).
We decided to switch it to all inclusive, but they told us at the reception to pay extra 300$. It's too expensive and unreasonable. Can we make it cheaper? Maybe we can have a compliment as a second-time guests?
