Please, try to speak with the manager or with the owner, because my mum and I wish to come to your hotel again in the first days of August( 3-5 of August) for 20 nights or more, may be 30 days. I know that it is prohibited to bring animals, but may be you will do an exception??? We have a little dog, 1.6 kilos, who doesn't make any discomfort for people, because we put it in the bag. Could we bring our dog with us? We will put her in the bag. We wish to stay long but we have no ideas with whom to leave our dog. I wrote you earlier but you answered that we could accommodate in Club and Royal Azur ( we were there and it is very crowded and noisy). We like your hotel because it is for adults, there is no rush, it is comfortable, it is very important for any vacation. Waiting for your reply, Anastasiya.

Позвольте поинтересоваться(может выясните у менеджера???) мы хотим посетить ваш отель в первых числах августа,на длительный срок более 20ночей, может даже 30ночей и знаем что концепция отеля на предусматривает размещение с животными, но может все таки возможно сделать исключение???В нашем случае это маленькая собачка, весом 1,8кг, которая неудобств окружающим не доставит, тк постоянно нах-ся в сумке.Вопрос можем ли мы прилететь на отдых с ней(если какие то нюансы-все обсудим), тк отдыхать любим долго, а оставить малышку не с кем?!
Очень надеюсь на положительный ответ, иначе нам придется искать иной вариант размещения( а изменять любимой цепочке отелей ох как не хочется, мы являемся постоянными гостями ваших отелей(есть карта)).
С нетерпением жду ответа.

My wife and I have stayed in Royal Azur, in July we're going to stay in Garden Azur. 1) is it allowed to use bars and pools of Royal Azur? 2) can we visit Royal Azur disco and evening shows? 3. I know there are bathrobes, slippers and a fruit basket provided and sometimes else in mini-bar for regular guests in Royal. Is it the same in your hotel?

Are there shampoo and shower gel provided? How often do you refill them? What is provided in mini-bar and how often do you refill it?
