On arrival 7/10/2015 representative of hotel said that client should stay in Marriott Mountain, although customers had a voucher confirming the accommodation in Marriott Beach, without explaining a reason of accomodation in the second line and offered customers move into Marriott Beach with extra payment $ 40 per day. The customer had to pay for the all period $ 280. Next day the problem was solved, It was a mistake of the hotel. Staff promised to return the funds paid $ 280 during 10 days.3 weeks passed, the customer hasn't received money yet. Please solve this question urgent , because all deadlines have already expired. Подскажите, пожалуйста, можно ли более подробно узнать об услугах отеля: платных и бесплатных? О количестве ресторанов? О пляже(какой вход в море? Песчаный или с понтона?). Просто на tophotels.ru очень мало написано об отеле.
